Clinical Lab Supervisor - Atlanta, GA

A healthcare organization South of Atlanta, Georgia is looking for a Clinical Lab Supervisor with strong blood bank experience.

Position Highlights

• Oversee day-to-day clinical laboratory operations
• Provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to laboratory staff
• Ensure quality, regulatory, accreditation, and competency standards are met
• Coordinate staff training, orientation, and competency testing
• Monitor laboratory quality indicators and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other laboratory leaders across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent
• MLS (ASCP) or MT (ASCP) certification, or equivalent
• 3+ years of technical laboratory experience
• Blood bank experience required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• 5+ years of blood bank experience preferred
• Familiarity with CAP and other laboratory regulatory requirements
