Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS/MLS) or Clinical Lab Technician (CLT/MLT) – New York

Facility: Hospital based clinical laboratory within a regional healthcare system.

Shift: Multiple departments available (Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.) Additional shift options may be available upon request.

Job Summary: This role performs laboratory testing on patient specimens to support diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention. Responsibilities include conducting testing across various laboratory disciplines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting overall lab operations. Requirements: New York State license (Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician) ASCP certification preferred Previous laboratory experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced clinical environment

Compensation: $38.00–$50.00/hr (commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply) Opportunity for sign on bonus and/or relocation assistance (case by case)
