Job Title: Medical Lab Scientist
Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania
Shift: Full-Time
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Lab Scientist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic testing, ensure quality control, and contribute to accurate patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to safety and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results.
- Assist in training and mentoring laboratory staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
