Responsibilities
Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy following SOPs and safety guidelines.
Operate and maintain core instruments, ensuring calibration and quality checks.
Document results promptly, clearly, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Review test data for validity, flag anomalies, and initiate corrective actions.
Interpret laboratory findings and communicate critical results to clinicians promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and participate in incident reporting and corrective actions.
Assist in method validation, verification, and deployment of new assays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and deadlines.
Document and track individual performance metrics; pursue opportunities for skill growth.
Assist with data entry into laboratory information systems and ensure data integrity.
Maintain inventory of reagents and supplies; manage ordering and stock levels.
Experience/Qualifications
CLIA-compliant clinical lab testing with strict SOP adherence
Operate and maintain core instruments; perform calibration and QC checks
Accurate data entry and result documentation in LIS; ensure data integrity
Timely interpretation of results; communicate critical findings to clinicians
Review data for validity; flag anomalies and initiate corrective actions
Follow safety protocols; participate in incident reporting and corrective actions
Assist in method validation/verification; support deployment of new assays
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets
