Job Description
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. This role supports diagnostic services by ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality laboratory results for patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis on patient specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in test results
- Follow established laboratory protocols and safety standards
- Document and report findings in laboratory systems
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience required
- Valid NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (Required)
- Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- BLS preferred
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and compliance standards
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently
