$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree in Human Service or related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience
  • LPC or LCSW licensure not required, but preferred.
  • Supervisory and/or coaching experience not required, but preferred.
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle
  • Act 33/34/73 Clearances
  • Pre-employment drug screening

WORK SCHEDULE This is an exempt (Salary) position.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with flexibility to meet consumer needs.

Non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) may be required.

Will need to provide on call services on a rotating basis as part of a team ($200.00/day on call rate - $250.00 holiday days)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Community Treatment Team Clinical Lead to provide direction and support to team members while providing direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management.

  • This position would be an integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff.
  • This position would be responsible for helping individuals access services, build support networks and resolve conflicts.
