Overview
Provides cross-program clinical leadership and support across seven Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) teams. Partners with the Associate Director of Treatment Programs and team managers to promote consistent clinical practice, high-quality service delivery, staff development, and adherence to program, contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Serves as a clinical resource to multidisciplinary teams working with adults who have complex behavioral health, substance use, medical, housing, and justice-system needs in community-based settings. Supports clinical assessment, case formulation, engagement, treatment and recovery planning, risk assessment and management, crisis response, documentation, and care coordination. Conducts regular team visits, case consultations, chart reviews, and observations of team practices. Identifies trends and develops or coordinates training, coaching, and quality improvement activities. Supports the Associate Director with program implementation, manager consultation, and delegated leadership responsibilities. Acts on behalf of the Associate Director in their absence to maintain continuity of clinical and operational oversight. Works under general direction.

What You Will Do
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications:
License and current registration in New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychologist, or another behavioral health clinical license appropriate to the position requiredAdditional certification or formal training in clinical supervision, substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, or crisis intervention preferred
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline required
Work Experience:
Minimum of five years of post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health services requiredMinimum of three years of experience in community-based, mobile, outreach, or intensive treatment services for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring needs requiredMinimum of two years of clinical supervision, program leadership, or management experience requiredExperience serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs, homelessness or housing instability, substance use, repeated hospitalization, and/or criminal justice involvement requiredDemonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, case formulation, crisis intervention, risk assessment and management, safety planning, and complex case consultation requiredExperience reviewing clinical documentation, treatment plans, and service records for quality, compliance, and clinical appropriateness requiredExperience developing and facilitating clinical training, orientation, coaching, and professional development activities requiredExperience with quality improvement, incident review, audits or site reviews, and corrective action planning preferredDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, managers, external systems, and community partners requiredKnowledge of New York City behavioral health, housing, hospital, shelter, and criminal justice systems, including referral and care coordination pathways preferredExcellent clinical judgment and oral, written, interpersonal, consultation, and facilitation skills requiredProficiency with electronic health records, data and reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications requiredAbility to travel regularly throughout New York City and work effectively in office, field, and community-based settings required
Pay Range
USD $93,400.00 - USD $116,800.00 /Yr.
