Clinical Lead – Oak Brook - Weight Loss Clinic
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates clinical functions of the department, including nursing triage and medical assistants
- Ensures medical record documentation is consistent among all staff and that documentation meets all requirements, both internal and external.
- Ensures the patient experience in the clinical setting is outstanding.
- Communicates with department physicians regarding the clinical experience and patient satisfaction, as indicated by the manager or director.
- Oversees development of new clinical lines of business, including new services and sites to ensure that clinical excellence is established. This also includes procurement of required equipment for new sites and new lines of business.
- Supervises work performed by department and may delegate work to staff members. Counsels and coaches the team by guiding, directing, motivating, and mediating conflict resolution.
- Assists with staff development, new employee orientation, and training. Monitors and ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures.
- May be responsible for performance evaluations as required by Human Resources.
- Responsible for managing the schedule, time keeping, and payroll if necessary.
Qualifications:
- CPR Certification required
- CMA/RMA or EMT-P certification or above required
- LPN/RN license strongly preferred
- Three years minimum experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPPA, Nurse Practice Act, and Employment legislation.
- Experienced in staff roles with a history of good performance
- Detailed knowledge of physician/clinical business enterprise.
- Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, sincerity. Trusted to do the right thing.
- Able to troubleshoot problems and determine the most efficient, quality outcome.
- Must be able to get along with others, be a team player, accept feedback from others, and be able to follow work rules.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $20.55-$30.85, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
