This role partners closely with nursing leadership to anticipate patient care needs, improve outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
The CNL combines clinical expertise with data-driven decision-making to support quality improvement, optimize care delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performing care environment.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
Candidates actively enrolled in an MSN program will be considered
Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant clinical specialty
Demonstrated ability to practice autonomously and manage patient care outcomes
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to influence practice and drive adoption of evidence-based care
