Are you an experienced Surgical Services Leader with deep expertise in Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic surgery?

We are seeking a Dynamic Interim Clinical Manager (CVTOR) to provide operational oversight, strategic vision, and clinical guidance for a growing 300600 annual case heart program!

Role At A Glance

• Role: Interim CVTOR Clinical Manager
• Split: 80% Leadership / 20% Clinical
• Team: Overseeing Supervisors, RNs, CSTs, & Anesthesia Techs
• Setting: Scenic Blue Ridge Mountain region

• Provide 24-hour operational, quality, and financial leadership.

What You Need

• Education: BSN required (MSN preferred)
• Experience: 3+ yrs in Leadership/Charge RN + strong CVTOR clinical background
• License: Active VA or Compact RN License
• Certs: AHA BLS required (CNOR preferred)
