This is a strong opportunity for a clinician with solid behavioral health experience who is ready to grow into broader clinical leadership.
What You'll Do
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations across all ASAM levels of care within the facility
- Provide support, guidance, and oversight to clinical staff and associate-level clinicians under the direction of the Clinical Director
- Assist with ensuring clinical documentation meets ASAM criteria, medical necessity standards, payer requirements, DBHDS regulations, and CARF standards
- Support onboarding, training, mentorship, and performance management of clinical staff
- Conduct chart reviews, documentation audits, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and clinical excellence
- Assist with treatment planning, case staffing, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination as needed
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, admissions, utilization review, operations, and executive teams to support client care and program operations
- Help monitor productivity, staffing needs, scheduling, and workflow efficiency within the clinical department
- Assist with preparation for audits, accreditation reviews, licensing inspections, and corrective action implementation
- Maintain current awareness of changes in behavioral health regulations, documentation standards, and evidence-based treatment practices

- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
