At Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento, we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas -including OR and Pre-OP/PostOp- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager - Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Salary Range: $128,960 - $153,920 annual depending on experience

Required Skills:

  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
  • Current license as a CA Registered Nurse
  • Two+ years Operating Room experience. Experience working Endoscopy cases preferred
  • Supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area preferred
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others
  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position
  • Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS accredited by AHA (you can PALS within 3 months of start date)
