Clinical Manager Opportunity Description
Our client is a Medicare Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Clinical Manager for their Home Health location in the Tampa, FL area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Clinical Manager Job Requirements
Medicare Home Health leadership experience.
A Registered Nurse is required. Start-up experience a plus
Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
Ability to do supervisory visits needed.

Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
Hire, train, mentor staff.
Improve clinical processes.
