Clinical Manager - Behavioral Health for a high acuity Psychiatric & Substance Abuse inpatient facility in the
Grinnell, Iowa area. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise staff, support quality outcomes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.
Clinical Manager Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current Iowa licensure preferred (LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPC, RN, or equivalent)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, or inpatient settings
- Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards related to behavioral health services
Clinical Manager Responsibilities- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to clinical and interdisciplinary team members
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality patient care delivery
- Monitor compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
