Pay: $35–42/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
Full-Time Opportunity
A busy and growing outpatient urology practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations in a fast-paced office environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing both in-office clinical staff and remote triage nurses while ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and smooth day-to-day workflow.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and supporting floor nurses and remote triage nursing staff
Managing daily clinical operations and patient flow
Coordinating staff scheduling and clinical coverage
Overseeing inventory management and clinical supply needs
Collaborating closely with providers and administrative leadership
Maintaining quality patient care standards and operational efficiency
Assisting with clinical workflows, staff support, and process improvements
Ensuring compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
• MUST be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN License required
• Previous outpatient leadership or clinical management experience required
• Urology experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
