Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
Lead and support both in-office floor nurses and remote triage nurses
Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow
Manage staff scheduling and coverage
Monitor workflows and drive operational efficiency
Maintain medical and office supply inventory
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Partner with providers and administrative teams to enhance patient care
Assist with staff training, coaching, performance management, and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN License
Registered Nurse (RN) required
Previous clinical leadership or management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Urology experience preferred
Outpatient practice management experience preferred
