Clinical Manager –Outpatient Urology Practice

Monday–Friday | 7: 30 AM –4: 30/5: 00 PM

A busy outpatient urology practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations in a fast-paced office environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing both in-office clinical staff and remote triage nurses while ensuring efficient patient flow, quality patient care, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support in-office floor nurses and remote triage nurses
• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow
• Manage staff scheduling and coverage
• Monitor clinical workflows and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain medical and office supply inventory
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient care
• Assist with staff training, performance management, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license
• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Prior clinical leadership or management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Urology experience preferred
• Outpatient practice management experience preferred
