Clinical Manager – Outpatient Urology Practice

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
A busy outpatient urology practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations in a fast-paced office environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing both in-office clinical staff and remote triage nurses while ensuring efficient patient flow, quality patient care, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support in-office floor nurses and remote triage nurses
- Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow
- Manage staff scheduling and coverage
- Monitor clinical workflows and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain medical and office supply inventory
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient care
- Assist with staff training, performance management, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license
- Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Prior clinical leadership or management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Urology experience preferred
- Outpatient practice management experience preferred
