As a Clinical Medication Management Technician, you are the detail-obsessed engine behind safe medication use in our clinic. You’ll enable pharmacists and providers to deliver exceptional care by ensuring every order is clear, every label is accurate, and every record is complete.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Your Impact

• Keep daily pharmacy operations moving seamlessly in a clinic setting.
• Prepare, package, and label medications under direct pharmacist supervision.
• Process medication orders and manage prescription documentation.
• Verify order completeness; escalate discrepancies to the pharmacist without delay.
• Contribute to medication reconciliation and maintain precise med profiles.
• Coordinate patient refills; communicate with outside pharmacies and providers.
• Manage inventory end-to-end: order, receive, stock, and organize.
• Track expirations, recalls, and storage conditions for all medications.
• Assist with controlled-substance logs and counts per regulatory allowances.
• Ready medications for dispensing/administration per clinic procedures.
• Support patients with courteous, professional communication; route clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Uphold HIPAA and clinic privacy standards at all times.
• Capture accurate data in EHR, pharmacy systems, and related applications.
• Complete paperwork, reports, and recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
• Adhere to federal/state pharmacy laws, clinic policies, and medication safety protocols.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and pharmacists as a cohesive team member.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

• Active Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• Hands-on experience as a technician in clinic, hospital, or specialty pharmacy environments.
• Impeccable attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Foundational knowledge of pharmacy terminology, medications, and care workflows.
• Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate data-entry skills.
• Clear, professional communication and strong organizational habits.
• Demonstrated discretion with confidential, sensitive patient information.
• Team-first approach within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
