Founded in 2007, New Leaf Behavioral Health is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding mental health access across Wake County and throughout the state. We are currently seeking Full-Time Therapists (Fully Licensed or Associate) to join our growing hybrid practice. We have intentionally built a culture that counters the "siloed" feeling of private practice. At New Leaf, you are part of a true collective:

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking clinicians (LCMHC/LCMHCA LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, LPA, or Psychologists) licensed in North Carolina who are passionate about working with a diverse caseload—including children, adolescents, and adults—across both private insurance and publicly funded plans.
