We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges while delivering high-quality therapeutic care in a collaborative clinical setting.
This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to clients across diverse populations.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and wellness practices.
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Uphold confidentiality and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethics.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
Active New Jersey licensure preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, behavioral health, or clinical settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to compassionate, culturally competent, and patient-centered care.
Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or solution-focused therapy.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families is a plus.
