Compensation: $75,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience, credentials, and caseload

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges while delivering high-quality therapeutic care in a collaborative clinical setting.

This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to clients across diverse populations.

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

  • Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and wellness practices.

  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethics.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

  • Active New Jersey licensure preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

  • Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, behavioral health, or clinical settings preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally competent, and patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or solution-focused therapy.

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families is a plus.
