Make an Impact! As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will serve as a leader, coach, mentor, and facilitator while partnering with teams to support high-quality patient care. In this role, you will oversee orientation, training, competency validation, and continuing education for Main Line HealthCare ambulatory nursing and medical assistant staff in procedural practices, including Surgical and Women's Health. You will also support shared decision-making at the clinical, departmental, and system levels while helping advance program development and evidence-based practice initiatives. The Clinical Nurse Educator's home base is Newtown Square, but they are expected to travel to practice locations across the organization as needed to support operational and educational priorities.
Position: Clinical Nurse Educator - Main Line HealthCare, Surgical and Women's Practices
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; no weekends or holidays.
Experience:
Three to five years of recent nursing experience in area of expertise.
Prior Clinical Nurse Educator or related experience is preferred.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
At least one degree must be in nursing, such as a BSN or MSN.
Master's degree strongly preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
PA RN license or a multistate license verified in one of the approved Nursing Licensure Compact states.
Specialty certification preferred.
Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
