Clinical Nurse Lead RN

This role is for an exceptional Acute Care Charge Nurse who brings clinical expertise and strong leadership to our Medical- Surgical /Telemetry unit. In this vital role, you will provide direct beside leadership, serving as a mentor to nursing staff and a champion for outstanding patient care. By balancing clinical oversight with daily assignments, you will ensure optimal staffing ratios, seamless shift handovers, and prompt responses to changing patient conditions. Your visible presence at the bedside will foster a collaborative environment, drive team performance and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. 

Beyond daily clinical guidance, you will be instrumental in maintaining nursing care excellence through ensuring regulatory compliance and patient experience principles. You will actively perform routine chart audits to ensure precise documentation, alignment with hospital policies, and readiness for accreditation surveys. By identifying educational gaps and coaching staff on best practices, you will directly safeguard patient safety and elevate quality outcomes.
