Clinical Nurse Manager
Salary Range: $100-120k (Based on experience) Location: Bethesda, MD 20817 Job Type: Perm Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday (no weekends, no holidays), 8a-5p
Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and support high-quality patient care in an outpatient healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with strong clinical leadership experience and a background in oncology. Required:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate patient care and support clinical staff.
Ideal:
Previous outpatient clinical experience.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
Experience with infusion services.
Prior nursing leadership or management experience.
