Clinical Manager, Nursing Operations is the clinical and businessleader for nursing operations, whichencompasses nursing supervisors, nursing float pool, virtual nursing,patient throughput, and staffing effectiveness.
Position Requirements
Must be licensedin the State of IL as a registered nurse.
Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher required.
Graduate degree in a healthcare-related field required.
CPR required.
Specialty certification preferred; required within two years.
Experience:3-5 yearsrecent acute care nursingoperationsexperiencewith progressive leadership responsibilities.
