Oversees clinical staff, patient care operations and administrative functions in the ambulatory surgery setting. Ensures high-quality patient care, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, support staff performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations
- Develop work schedules and assign duties
- Manage and evaluate clinical staff performance
- Monitor budgets, supplies and resource allocation
- Collaborate with physicians, referring offices and administration
- Train, mentor and support nursing personnel
- Handle patient concerns and resolve conflicts
- Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, policies and accreditation standards
- Participate in hiring, onboarding and retention efforts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Active Registered Nurse License
Several years of Operating Room experience
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communications, organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
