Compensation is based on leadership experience, years of RN licensure, relevant ambulatory nursing experience, and overall qualifications.

Greater Seacoast Health (GSH) is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to become one of the founding leaders of our brand-new Wakefield Primary Care practice.
This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and an outstanding patient experience.
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting and developing clinical staff, partnering with providers and leadership, and providing direct clinical care as needed to support patient access and continuity of care.

Minimum Qualifications (Required to Be Considered)
Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum three (3) years of ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience
Minimum two (2) years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Applicants who do not meet the minimum RN experience and leadership requirements will not be considered.
