Insight Global is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to support Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, a new, full-service hospital in Ward 8, Washington, D.C., including 136 beds, providing advanced care, including trauma, emergency, maternal, and pediatric services, to underserved communities east of the Anacostia River. This candidate will be working within the Behavioral Health Department at Cedar Hill.
Job Responsibilities
Directs the activities of the nursing staff members, including scheduling the daily nursing tasks for the department and providing guidance on operational procedures and patient care.
Provides direct patient care, following the nursing process and holistic conceptual framework in the development of nursing care plans.
