Job Description:

Update patient menus consistently to reflect changes in diet orders, discharges, and transfers, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Maintain sufficient stock of patient menus and office supplies to support uninterrupted and efficient service delivery. Perform data entry and computer-based tasks with precision while taking patient menu selections and resolving inquiries from patients, nurses, and physicians. Other duties as assigned. Apply comprehensive knowledge of regular and therapeutic diets to support accurate menu planning and patient nutrition care. Communicate dietary consults, referrals, and other critical information promptly to the Nutrition Services Team to ensure coordinated care.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
