As the Senior Clinical Nutrition Manager you will have the opportunity to provide leadership to employees while organizing, managing and coordinating operations. You will be instrumental in leading strategic initiatives and special projects and will have oversight of staffing, budgeting, and financial operations management.
This is a salary position.
Hours: Primarily Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm. Weekend and holiday call rotation within department may be required.
Location: Primarily working at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Banner North Colorado Medical Center - Loveland Campus and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center. You will also remotely cover several rural clinic dietitians.
POSITION SUMMARY This position exists to manage and coordinate all activities of clinical nutrition programs including inpatient, outpatient, and other areas/centers within the facility. Provides development of systems and employees who provide clinical nutritional care to all age groups and for all types of care.
CORE FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Requires a Bachelors degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field. Must be a Registered Dietitian based on academic and professional requirements as defined by through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Effective January 1, 2024 CDR requires a minimum of Masters degree to be eligible to take the registration examination. Must hold current registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and be able to maintain ongoing registration while providing and provide verification of registration annually. Maintains current licensure as required by State law. Knowledge and skills of clinical nutritional care as would typically be acquired in four or more years of nutrition and dietetics. Leadership skills are required to effectively organize, lead and manage staff and resources.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree in nutrition, dietetics, or business administration preferred. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
