    Orthopedics, ENT, Gastroenterology, Pain Management, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Surgery, Urology, Cardiology

    Required Certifications/Education/Experience:

    CCMA, CMA, LPN or RN Required

    Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record

    Preferred Certifications/Education/Experience:

    Previous clinical experience
