Job Summary:
The Clinical Operations Data Analyst supports organizational decision-making by analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data. This position develops reports and dashboards, identifies performance trends, validates data accuracy, and provides actionable insights to improve patient access, clinical quality, provider productivity, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Demonstrated competence using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Analytics Catalog, registries, Crystal Reports, or equivalent reporting tools.
Working knowledge of UDS Mapper, Electronic Handbooks, Preliminary Reporting Environment, patient-level UDS submission workflows, and HRSA reviewer response processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Power BI or a similar reporting platform.
Ability to work effectively with electronic health record or practice management data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-validation skills
Education and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, health informatics, business, statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, clinical reporting, or operational analysis.
Experience in an FQHC, community health center, ambulatory care organization, or multisite healthcare system.
Preferred:
Masters degree
Working knowledge of SQL, UDS reporting, HRSA measures, HEDIS, provider productivity, and value-based care
Other Requirements:
New Hires are required to pass pre-employment background check and drug testing (effective 11/1/2022).
Must reside within the state of Arizona.
