Pay Range: $101,000-$113,000 Per Year

Description:
• Are you a BSN-prepared RN who enjoys leading teams, improving clinical operations, and making a difference in your community?
• Join a mission-driven organization serving individuals experiencing homelessness across multiple outpatient and community-based programs. 
• This is a Monday–Friday leadership opportunity with no weekends, no routine on-call, and the chance to lead nursing teams that truly change lives.

What You'll Do:
• Lead clinical operations across multiple outpatient and community health programs.
• Supervise Nurse Supervisors, Medical Assistant Supervisors, and nursing staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical coverage across multiple sites.
• Improve workflows, quality measures, and patient safety initiatives.
• Partner with medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and operations leaders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing leaders.
• Support triage, vaccination clinics, and care coordination when needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Help improve patient outcomes while serving vulnerable populations.

Required:
• BSN
• Active Pennsylvania state RN license
• 5+ years of ambulatory, outpatient, primary care, or community health nursing experience
• 3+ years leading or supervising clinical staff
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical operations, or quality improvement
• Current BLS Certification
