What You'll Do
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you'll serve as a clinical leader who supports operational, quality, and training initiatives while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll collaborate with nursing leadership, quality teams, educators, and clients to drive continuous improvement and support clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate client complaints involving Telephone Nurse Consultants and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders
- Support quality monitoring efforts, including call audits and focused clinical reviews
- Participate in client meetings and provide clinical expertise as needed
- Serve as a resource for clinical operations, protocols, and call center best practices
- Handle or delegate emergent clinical calls when necessary
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and development of new nursing staff
- Identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities in partnership with leadership and HR
- Foster strong client relationships and support overall client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to achieve operational and quality goals
- Lead and support special projects as assigned
