This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us as a Clinical Operations Manager to lead provider onboarding, Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support, and operational readiness across multiple healthcare facilities. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a seamless provider experience from contract signing through successful launch while fostering strong relationships with facility partners and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead provider implementations from contract execution through successful go-live.
  • Provide operational leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
  • Coordinate provider onboarding, credentialing milestones, EMR access, orientation, training, and start readiness.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between providers, facility leadership, and internal departments.
  • Partner with recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing, payroll, and medical leadership to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and post-acute care partners.
  • Identify operational challenges, implement process improvements, and drive successful outcomes across multiple facilities.
  • Promote provider engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive communication and support.
  • Must be willing to Travel

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license required.
  • Experience working in hospital medicine, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term acute care, or other post-acute care settings is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with providers, facility leadership, and internal stakeholders.
