Clinical Operations, Policy & Standards Support Specialist
Duration: 12 Months (Hybrid) - Falls Church, VA
Seeking for a Clinical Operations, Policy & Standards Support Specialist to provide comprehensive program and operational support to the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. This role encompasses a wide range of activities, including project management, policy development, data analytics, training, and strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management and analysis support for clinical operations, policy, and standards initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
Conduct research to support policy development and revision.
Draft, review, and update policy and procedural documentation.
Perform data analysis and develop visualizations to support decision-making.
Prepare executive decision briefs, presentations, and other leadership materials.
Develop strategic communication plans and stakeholder materials.
Support the creation of newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
Develop training content and materials based on operational requirements.
Support knowledge management activities and documentation organization.
Coordinate correspondence management and ensure timely communication.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
Support conference design and logistics planning as needed.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, policy, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, well-organized, and timely.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with project management and coordination.
Experience with communications strategy and planning.
Strong experience in policy and procedure research, writing, and development.
Experience developing training content and materials.
Experience with data analytics and visualization.
Ability to prepare executive-level reports and communications.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or military health programs.
Experience supporting senior healthcare or medical leadership.
Experience with conference design and logistics planning.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
Experience with knowledge and correspondence management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
