How You'll Create Impact

• You will execute assigned clinical operations tasks
• You will conduct clinical study site qualification, initiation, and close-out activities
• You will assure completion of ethics committee submissions and maintain approval documentation
• You will maintain clinical study tracking systems and documentation repositories
• You will support inspection readiness through accurate documentation practices
• You will assist with study budget tracking and vendor coordination
• You will conduct clinical study site visits according to approved monitoring plans
• You will assist with investigator-initiated research projects as assigned
• You will collaborate cross-functionally on routine clinical studies

Your Background

• You have minimum Bachelor''s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate''s Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience AMER
• Ideally you have a degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or related field
• Ideally you have 2+ years' experience in clinical research or clinical operations

Travel Expectations

• Up to 20% travel migth be required
• Expected compensation for the role is $88,000 - $110,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
• This is a fully remote role
