The Clinical Patient Liaison
Supports unit scheduling, supply management, and equipment processing.
Maintains cleanliness and regulatory compliance in patient and staff areas.
Schedules appointment.
Welcomes and assists patients and visitors, supports registration.
Responds to patient/family concerns and crisis situations with empathy and professionalism.
Advocates for patient rights and assist with educational initiatives.
Answer phones and provide general administrative support.
Participates in audits, chart reviews, and performance improvement activities.
Demonstrate knowledge of patient care across the lifespan and adhere to safety protocols.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent education required.
Experience: 2 years customer services industry experience with demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
Life Support: Must successfully complete AHA BLS-HCP within 6 months of hire.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must be customer driven, have strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills, knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of office procedures and equipment, proficiency in computer data entry/keyboarding, ability to use electronic medical records and good organizational, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range:
$15.00 - $21.07Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
