Clinical Payment Analyst

Pay Range: $39.81hr - $44.81hr

Job Overview:

• The Clinical Contracts Analyst supports healthcare professional (HCP) payment processing and related administrative activities within a three-person team. Contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation are not core responsibilities; opportunities to learn contract-related work may be available based on interest and team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process HCP payments in accordance with established procedures, payment terms, and company requirements.
• Track payment milestones and maintain accurate payment and compensation information for business unit tracking and reporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve payment questions, clarify requirements, and confirm payments align with contract terms.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment tracking, reporting, and administrative processes.
• Manage assigned work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and ask questions or raise issues when clarification is needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow the policies and procedures relevant to HCP payments.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team with varied responsibilities.
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and confidence asking questions during training and daily work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders across organizational levels and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with at least 1+ years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3+ years of experience.
