Active Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) license in good standing (state of residence).
Clinical Pharmacist experience.
Medicare, Managed Care, PBM, or MTM experience preferred.
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. required
Review clinical cases and provide pharmacy recommendations.
Support Medicare and medication management activities.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and pharmacy regulations.
