Summary:
Responsibilities:
Operational Staff:
- Escalates to embedded office team members when necessary
- Prepares and dispenses medications using appropriate techniques to ensure accuracy, optimal outcomes of drug therapies
- Keeps active, accurate inventory in work area and appropriately restocks area with returned medications per policy to assure workstations are always organized
Clinical Staff:
- Designs, recommends, monitors, evaluates and documents patient and age-specific pharmacotherapy
Minimum Requirements:
Pharmacist licensure in states(s) work is performed
Ph.D. (Required)
Pharmacy PGY1 Residency Training required
PGY2 Residency Training in Ambulatory Care / Pharmacotherapy, etc preferred
Active license in the state of practice in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey to administer injectibles
