Job Summary
Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation, information, education. Provide safe, high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education (or equivalent years of experience)
Pharm.D. or Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 5-year program.
Experience (or equivalent education)
