PDY 1 residency program, post graduate PGY1 + 3 years of experience / PGY2 Residency, they do not have to have any experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medication review: Reviewing patient medication charts to identify potential risks and clarify information
Educating patients: Informing patients about their medications, including dosage, side effects, and potential interactions
Monitoring patient progress: Keeping track of patient outcomes and ensuring they don't experience negative side effects
Advising healthcare professionals: Providing drug information and education to other healthcare professionals
Collaborating with healthcare teams: Working with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Developing guidelines: Collaborating with the infection control team to develop tools and guidelines for the safe and effective use of antibiotics
Assessing pharmaceutical treatments: Evaluating the results of pharmaceutical treatments
Creating drug plans: Developing unique drug plans for patients
Maintaining medication profiles: Keeping medication profiles for patients, including a registry of poisons and controlled drugs

An idea was born and together, they formed Medical Staffing Solutions, LLC. Working in the field and the back office creating a family friendly agency while forming professional working relationships with facilities desperately needing their help, Melanie Theriac and Joanie Reneer created a one stop shop for all Healthcare Staffing needs with maintaining their ultimate mission: PATIENTS FIRST.
With their background in the medical industry, they knew the importance of having clinicians on staff to help with the hiring process, therefore allowing them to screen candidates thoroughly prior to placement. By placing highly skilled professional healthcare providers with their contracted facilities they have earned the respect of clients nationwide, growing from a small local agency in 2001 to a multi-office company staffing Healthcare Travelers Coast to Coast including Hawaii, Alaska and Virgin Islands!
