Pay Range: Hourly Rate: $64.16 – $83.41/hr (based on years of experience)
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: NO SIGN-ON BONUS
Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and assist in determining oncology regimens related to autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation and blood cancer treatment
- Work with CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies
- Perform therapeutic drug monitoring
- Provide patient counseling
- Collaborate with specialty physicians and nurses
- Support the Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy program
- Rotate between outpatient Cancer Care Clinic and inpatient BMT/Oncology unit

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- License: Current Nevada Pharmacist License required
- Certification: Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
- Experience: PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Practice Residency OR 5 years clinical oncology practice experience required
- Skills: Practice experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with a collaborative practice agreement
- Shift: Days – Rotating Weekends
- Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
