Schedule Details/Additional Information:

  • 3rd Shift (9pm - 7:30am)
  • 7/70 (7 ten-hour shifts, then 7 days off)

Pay Range: $54.90 - $82.35

### Position Highlights Clinical Pharmacist, Central Pharmacy, 3rd shift Winston Campus 3rd Shift (9pm - 7:30am) 7/70 (7 ten-hour shifts, then 7 days off)

### How Youll Impact Patient Care Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Process medication orders and prescriptions from physicians and nurses.
  • Supervise technicians to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing, optimizing staff utilization.
  • Deliver pharmaceutical care for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts through teamwork.
  • Continuously update and document skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Set personal goals to support departmental objectives.
  • Provide age-appropriate care following guidelines.
  • Foster a cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

### What You Will Need

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required.
  • Current state pharmacist license is required in good standing through North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.

### Nice To Have (Not Required)

  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
