Requirements:- 1+ years of Pharmacist Hospital experience preferred would also accept candidates with PGY1 completion
- B.S or PharmD from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy required
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience is preferred
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate Florida State Board of Pharmacy
