Position Summary Clinical Pharmacist II - 7on 7off Orlando Health Position Summary Orlando Health is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist II to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through clinical consultation, medication management, patient education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The Clinical Pharmacist II supports quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of safe, effective medication-use practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Review, prepare, and dispense medications and intravenous therapies in accordance with professional standards and Orlando Health policies. Provide clinical pharmacy services, including pharmacotherapy and pharmacokinetic consultations. Evaluate medication-related alerts, monitor therapy outcomes, and participate in medication safety initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient-centered treatment plans. Identify, investigate, and document adverse drug reactions and medication errors. Support pharmacy operations, quality improvement projects, policy development, and regulatory compliance activities. Mentor and educate pharmacists, residents, students, and pharmacy technicians. Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate proficiency with pharmacy technology and electronic health record systems. Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college or school of pharmacy. Florida Pharmacist License in good standing. Hospital pharmacy experience or successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Why Orlando Health?
