Job Summary Serves as a clinical resource supporting pharmacy quality measures, with a focus on Star/HEDIS programs. Responsible for developing, managing, and executing initiatives to achieve 5-star performance. Acts as a liaison between the pharmacy department, health systems, vendors, and stakeholders to drive clinical and financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage outreach and performance for Star/HEDIS clinical programs (e.g., adherence, SUPD, MTM/CMR) Oversee daily activities to ensure clinical goals and quality metrics are met Identify gaps and implement clinical solutions to improve care and reduce costs Serve as liaison between pharmacy teams and health systems to drive program adoption Develop and monitor clinical programs, therapeutic initiatives, and care pathways Track, analyze, and report program performance and patient outcomes Collaborate with data teams to monitor quality, cost, and Medicare trends Conduct provider, member, and pharmacy outreach as needed Ensure alignment of clinical programs with organizational and financial goals Qualifications Bachelors or PharmD in Pharmacy 25 years of relevant experience Experience in health plans, Medicare, retail pharmacy, or clinical programs Knowledge of CMS Star/HEDIS measures Current Pharmacist license in New Jersey Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in teams Project management and organizational skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
