About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. Job Overview:
A TriHealth Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients we serve through distributive and clinical functions. The Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with other health care providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operates within policies and procedures to manage the department''s clinical and consultative services. The Clinical Pharmacist supervises the work of supportive team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of distributive services. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to serving as a drug information resource for TriHealth providers, direct patient interaction, precepting of pharmacy residents and/or student pharmacists, and contribution to department projects or initiatives in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership
