Your Role Includes:
- Providing expert medication therapy management
- Collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams

What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification. PhD, preferred. Doctorate of Pharmacy.
- Experience: Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required. Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required): Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication management support.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and optimize patient care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment goals, and adherence strategies.
- Monitor medication therapy outcomes and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Promote safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication use.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, organizational, and professional pharmacy standards.
- Support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives across the pharmacy team.
