Clinical Pharmacist - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift Details: Night Shift, working 10 hour night shifts, with 7 nights on and 7 nights off.

Required Qualifications:

+ PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or

+ Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy

+ Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

+ Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable

+ Notes: (1) Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.

+ Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
